With both parents in the Real Estate business (her dad a Principal Broker, her mom a Broker), Beth truly considers Real Estate “A Family Affair!” After graduating from Oregon State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Sciences, she decided the Beaver State was the place to call home.
Beth was licensed in Washington in 2000 and then in Oregon at the beginning of 2006. Beth prides herself on learning from the best and always strives to be the best agent for her clients. Her customer service is exceptional as is her work ethic and thirst for knowledge. Beth is a top 10 percent agent for Windermere, the #1 agent in the Raleigh Hills office, is a 7 time recipient of the Five Star Professional award (as seen in Portland Monthly Magazine), and was nominated for the “40 under 40” award for the Portland Business Journal. She was also Willamette Week’s runner up for “Best Realtor” in 2015. Beth serves on the Windermere Leadership Council Advisory Board, is a member of the Windermere Premier Property and luxury real estate programs and enjoys supporting the Windermere Foundation through various fundraising activities such as the annual golf tournament, community service days and New Avenues for Youth Steve Allen comedy show.
When Beth is not selling Real Estate, she can be found skiing (either on a mountain or water, depending on the season), running with her dog Frank, or perhaps enjoying a wonderful meal at one of Portland’s many great restaurants. Beth lives in SW Portland with her husband Pete, son Maxwell, daughter Elise and their “espresso” Labrador, Frank.
Daniel has been a real estate agent in the Portland Metro area, working out of the Windermere Lloyd Tower office for the past 20 years. His interest in Real Estate began early in life, assisting Realtors with yard prep and cleanouts, and by 16, he was working for Merrill Lynch Realty in the local office. Daniel received his Real Estate license at the end of his senior year in high school. His approach is informative, impeccable, and always sprinkled with a bit of fun.
Daniel is a 5 Star Customer Service Award Winner for 10 years running, and serves on the Windermere Foundation Board. The Windermere Foundation’s purpose is raising and distributing funds to support low-income and homeless assistance programs for families throughout our community. In his role with the foundation, he coordinates, reviews, and approves grants for local applications and helps organize the Windermere Community Service Day.
Daniel and his wife Eva live in NE Portland with their young adult children attending the University of Oregon. They enjoy traveling the world and all the amazing restaurants here in Portland and exploring Oregon’s nearby natural wonders.
Amy comes to real estate via a first career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker – having decided to transition her helping skills to support people in one of the biggest decisions of their lives- buying or selling a home! She brings an enthusiasm for all aspects of this work- particularly a love of people, details and all the neighborhoods that make up this amazing city. Amy was first bitten by the real estate bug during her own rehab and investment journey and couldn’t be more excited to support and guide clients in their own individual real estate journeys. When she isn’t advocating for her clients or showing homes she can be found chasing her son, her partner or her dogs up and down Mt Tabor, enjoying Portland’s proximity to the ocean and the mountains or drinking coffee on the porch.
